  • <H4> المدرسة ودورها في تربية وإعداد النشئ المدرسة كما هو معروف هي تلك البيئة الصناعية التي أوجدها التطور الاجتماعي لكي تكمل الدور الذي مارسته الأسرة في تربية وإعداد أبنائها ، ومدهم بالخبرات اللازمة لدخولهم معترك الحياة فيما بعد ، فهي لذلك تعتبر الحلقة الوسطى والمهمة التي يمر بها الأطفال خلال مراحل نموهم ونضوجهم لكي يكونوا جاهزين للقيام بمسؤولياتهم في المجتمع مستعينين بما اكتسبوه من المهارات المختلفة والضرورية لتكيفهم السليم مع البيئة الاجتماعية الكبرى ، ذلك لأن المدرسة ليس سوى مجتمع مصغر ، منزه ، وخالي من جميع الشوائب التي تتعلق بالمجتمع الكبير ،لكي يتمرن فيها الأطفال على الحياة الفضلى ، وعلى التعاون الاجتماعي ، والإخلاص للجماعة وللوطن . ودعا المربين إلى الاهتمام بثلاثة أمور هامة لتربية النشء حددها بما يلي ـ تعاون البيت والمدرسة على التربية والتوجيه . التوفيق بين أعمال الطفل الاجتماعية وبين أعمال المدرسة . وجوب إحكام الرابطة بين المدرسة والأعمال الإنتاجية في البيئة .
